Pros
After years of consulting, it is nice to be part of a team again. The Drip Capital US team is smart, driven and easy to work with. You take ownership quickly and are allowed to make the changes and upgrades needed to succeed in your given tasks.
Cons
Though I am used to it, having overseas partners is always a bit of a challenge due to time zones, however, Drip has an India night crew to support US operations and limits this exposure. Drip US is still a start-up which I really enjoy, but some people find challenging.
