Pros

Decent enough pay Some people are great to work with

Cons

-Can be made redundant at any point just because they don't like you(seen this happen to people that have been there for two weeks and to people that have been there for 8 years) -Toxic work environment (certain people can get away with things while others that aren't apart of certain communities cant) -Despise people with personality or people that speak the truth ( It is heavily known that they just want people to put their heads down and work) - Say they treat everyone like family but then couldn't careless about you - Certain people go behind your back -Promise you the world with development and wanting the best out of you to then giving you absolutely nothing and wanting things to stay the same -A real divide between people who are in certain communities and people that aren't (Stems from management) - The lack of structure and processes can be unloaded on people that try to make it better but then get sacked when it doesn't work with no help from management -Fire and Hire new people almost every month (Management think people don't realise the turn around of people that get hired and fired on a regular basis which they just make them "redundant" and then hire someone in the same position a week later just under a different title, which causes an unsettling work environment)

Pros

Pay well and job security if you belong to certain communities.

Cons

If you don't belong to a certain community then you can be sacked and dismissed at any given point Dismissive culture Things that might get you sacked: If you point out things that are not done correctly (Management gets offended) If you're asking for pay rise If you want to improve processes ( management like to stick to old fashioned way of doing things) If you build good relationships with your colleagues (friendly conversation are not allowed) If you wear modern clothes (ladies be aware)
