Pros
They respect your time. It's a small team and there is a lot of trust between team members, so you don't have to worry about being micromanaged or anything like that. Everyone has a voice and gets to provide feedback on the game you're making, much of which is actually implemented.
Cons
It's remote only now, so if you require an in-person office it may not be ideal.
