Pros

Friendly atmosphere, plenty of chances to improve performance

Cons

Constantly understaffed, antiquated tech, and poor communication between departments. There is little guidance given to middle management and they are often left unsure or confused at how to deal with chain of command and interdepertamental issues. The executives are very inconsiderate and tone deaf toward their employees. There are company meetings where the CEO will gush about how well the business is doing, how happy the shareholders are (there are no stock options for employees), and how much new business they are getting. Meanwhile, staff from other departments are having to pick up the slack for the call center because they are so understaffed. Wages don't increase in response to these They give you $100 at the annual holiday party ( provided you attend) and they often have treats and stuff in the break room in lieu of compensating their employees for higher productivity. I would not recommend working here.

Thank you for your feedback. Like many employers, we faced staffing challenges as a post pandemic outcome, however we were able to recruit across the United States, offering fully remote positions and increasing our total compensation package, all without having to lay off people. At driasi we enjoy giving other perks and gifts to our employees who are in office and remote. Regarding your feedback on management, it is always a goal within all levels of management including the executive team to have an open-door policy, help resolve issues and provide all employees with an understanding of business highlights. We feel our employees are our greatest asset and our culture of care and support is always a top priority.
