      Many benefits from the corporate environment, in comparison to the greek market.

      Cons

      So many promising things in the interview, but none kept. Also in the contracts. Small legal details hidden. No remote option if you are an employee. Only the manager. Even after 2 years only Home Office due to covid, suddenly home office is restricted. But the manager is at home. Unfortunately the whole situation is not structured, no working hours are held. Also work on the weekend with the promise of a bonus or free day. Parking situation. There are 7 spots for 20 people One toilet for 20 people, all genders Micromanagement every day for every task Manager out of town, no supervisor, no one in charge(this can be good for some) The toxic manager is responsible for the bad mood and situation in the office. No one controls him. The team is ok.

Respectful interaction across all hierarchical levels and good working conditions are particularly important to us. It is true that we have trust-based working hours.       Pros: Strong in house expertise. Diverse disciplines in one company. Many offices in Germany and now internationally. Excellent clients and cutting edge projects to work on.

      Cons: Very hierarchical structure can be difficult to manage but not impossible.
