I worked their as a student and for me to gain experience like working as an international call centre agent was the job of responsibility of completing my targets and getting promotions. I have to get maximum sales from my side. That was the challenging part but still it improved my way of speaking English and my accent changed into UK English.

Although I gained lot of exposure working there as a student but still something is missing that is manipulation of time that is decisions made by senior employers made my salary delayed and less as expected from my side.

I gained further technical experience.

There was some language barriers between colleagues and myself. However, throughout the 2 years, 6 months, I learned to effectively communicate with others by having them repeat what they said when I did not understand and I also made sure others understand what I communicated.
