Management really cares about it’s employees and is constantly giving positive feedback on work performance.

Company is headquartered in London so there is not a lot of in-person meetings and social gatherings with management other employees.

Most of the managers are really hardworking, good people - save for a few. Fair pay you feel supported.

The upper management all come from corporate event backgrounds and don't fundamentally understand video production workows or broadcasting/livestreaming, so they way they organize their production pipeline doesn't always make sense.
