      Pros

      Dreamr is a vibrant place to work, and there is a good mix of clients. I worked at Dreamr for a few years, and while there have been normal ups and downs, like any business we all worked together towards the same goals.

      No cons, every business has its ups and downs

      Pros

      I joined as the first UX Designer. It has been one of my best work experience in my 6 years career: - Open minded team and management - Challenging and interesting projects and clients - Really nice Designer to work with - Flexi hours - We worked on a UX/UI process and had the freedom to apply it on real projects / with real clients

      Cons

      As it was a small new team there was the common up and down like any company of this size . Sometimes it felt a bit disorganized but the entire team and management was trying to improve, which is great!
