Pros
Good place to be in when you're there. Lots of benefits/perks. Ability to open doors for networking and other opportunities since people outside love the company. The head honcho's office, while demanding, was most kind and respectful.
Cons
Don't expect any help when you want to advance, don't expect anything in return for your time/energy (long hours) and helping others, even when you go above and beyond. Seemed as if everyone in the dept was in it for themselves and threatened if you developed a positive relationship with anyone else, maybe afraid you give away secrets. Lots of secrets and gossip (very Hollywood). Politics rule who/when/where gets invited to events, even for movies employees worked on. The hierarchy is unappealing. The CEO seemed to be away or unavailable, and we were servants there. I don't think she ever knew my name or role but I brought her food on occasion.
