      - great work life balance, managers have always been kind in accommodating my needs and any urgent issues as they come up - amazing benefits package as I'm under NBCU as a salaried employee - lots of great onsite activities

      Cons

      - regular layoffs makes many worry - enforcing employees to go hybrid
