Not enough work and sometimes repetitive.

This can be hard to find in a remote environment, but DreamItReel does a great job at this. There is room for advancement, they will help you learn the skills you need to move up the ranks in the company, if that's what you want. The hiring process if fast, the hiring manager will quickly respond to emails and answer any questions.
