The CEO and management team just did anything they wanted. Took decisions that made no sense and mismanaged resources I.e money and staff time. Also all the management team members were basically the CEOs friends so they just did anything and followed blindly

None that I can think off

Shabby CEO. Very uncouth Owed salaries and talks down on staff
