Pros
- the people. Drawboard consistently hires not just talented people but really really great people, who are genuinely great to work with - lots of room to learn new areas of the business and have a say - fast moving - transparent - the opportunity to work on a really cool problem and interesting tech stack
Cons
- it’s a growth stage startup/scale up so things aren’t always predictable (which is part of the fun) but it can be hard if you are used to very structured processes
