To anyone considering a position here - I strongly recommend you speak to a current or former rep outside of the interview stages.
The culture is toxic and built on "optics" rather than substance - this comes from the top and is a recipe for disaster as a salesperson. The business is aware of the problem but nothing has changed, nor will it.
Unless leadership changes are made, I would strongly recommend you do significant due diligence before accepting a role here.
Key things to be wary of during the process:
- Product is not the best in the market (despite claims)
- Inbound leads are not distributed fairly, nor are they anywhere near the levels of 2022/2023. You will spend 95% of your time doing cold outreach.
- Work/life balance is good at first but you'll soon realise it stems from a complete lack of professionalism in the leadership team which inevitably leads to more problems than positives.
