The best Indian pharmaceutical inc to work for in terms of facilities and monetary gain. Great incentive structure .
Cons
The company is struggling to go in one direction. Lots of people coming from outside try to impose their ideas which they borrow from their previous organisations. Internal politics, L+1 level is stressed and over burdened, no real accountability of the ground level employees .
