We pride ourselves on offering developmental opportunities for all of our team, along with world class training, so it is great to hear this is felt within the hotel. We think our teams are great too!
Within any business, there is always room for improvement, particularly with communication as it can be tough to find that balance between too much communication and too little. We would welcome any feedback or specific suggestions for improvement.
While you may not feel that management value their team, I can assure you that our senior teams do genuinely care and appreciate all the work that goes into every role at the hotel.
