Pros
Most sales staff and managers helped each other to succeed and created a family atmosphere.
Cons
This used to be a great company to work for even though there was very little emphasis in training. The focus seemed to be on continually finding ways pay spend less money. Eventually that included in cutting the pay plan for sales reps.
