Pros

Decent salary. Having unlimited PTO is nice(everyone takes minimum 2-3 weeks every year no problem). Have 8 mental health days a year on top of that. Phone bill paid for, $600 yearly allowance for gym/hair cuts/workout gear. Lunch is paid for in office and office snacks are top tier. Coworkers are great too. VPs/directors do a good job with innovation and growing with the industry so you’re always learning. Satellite offices>NYC headquarters office.

Cons

They switched healthcare providers in the beginning of ‘24 and it’s not great. 3 days in the office starting soon. They have good salaries across the board so people don’t leave but because of low turnover, there’s not much room for promotions unless you’re a manager’s favorite or doing 2 jobs above you. Company is growing so management is feeling more big corporate-y by the month but your work still feels more start up like(side projects, unclear/confusing instructions, learning as you go). Sales team gets away with doing the minimum. Diverse and inclusive in their departments but top management is all white men, (other than the HR head being a white woman). People managers need managerial training.
