Pros
- If you work smart you can earn a little more. Nothing much.
- You may meet quiet a few good people here.
Cons
- No culture: Despite operating for 6+ years there is no culture in this company.
-No management systems: The process and systems are always in pilot and there is no clarity about your KPI's. Incentives are calculated with inaccuracy and the process to appeal is ineffective. You literally have to fight for every small thing.
- Product is super buggy : If you are in customer success you will just raise tickets to tech and not even get response and your clients will just yell at you and the management will make you a scapegoat.
- Toxicity and micro-management: This comes from the top management as is a reflection of the founders and is seen at every level of this organisation.
-Training: There is no proper training here and self learning is the only way and even if you learn the product it is so buggy it won't function at times.
- HR is also CFO: you know what happens when a cfo becomes HR, pure chaos.
- No hierarchy: Designation is given without any relevant work, you maybe a product manager on paper but you may have to do integrations.
Summarising this it is just another 'lala" company. Join only if you are paid exceptionally well
