Excellent work environment with challenging team building seminars and management input sessions. Double Quick exceeds the organizational maturity in its geographic area. Senior Management is motivated, focused and committed to excellence. The Delta and Indianola, MS are fortunate to have such a forward thinking company located in its center. Working for Double Quick was one of the most challenging opportunities in my professional career and I will always fondly remember the time spent at Double Quick.
Cons
Corporate reviews should be more detailed to avoid miscommunication. It appeared annual reviews, raises and bonuses were awarded more as annual tasks to be completed without deep diving into areas of concerns or challenges for improvement or definition of perceived weaknesses. This would help avoid any conflict if/when Performance Deficiencies or Separation issues are implemented.
