Some nice people to work with, opportunity for compensation was there, nice location in downtown Minneapolis near transportation, shopping, etc.
Cons
Out-dated systems for recruiting, in technology, software, etc. Support not there for younger / inexperienced recruiters - income promises are tough to fulfill.
