Pros

Nothing is worse than this organization. So, you might learn to survive. Politics at peak, so good learning.

Cons

Absolutely no work-life balance – 12-hour workdays are the norm. Employees are forced to work on Saturdays (either two half days or one full day), but managers and their close circle are exempt. Management behavior is highly unprofessional. For example, managers and HR often drink alcohol in the parking lot on Fridays while still assigning work to employees. My manager was frequently distracted, either managing his house construction or coaching one favored employee for her interviews. No increments, no bonuses, and no recognition for hard work. Even budgets meant for festival celebrations are misused by managers for personal expenses. Promotions and recognition are not based on performance but on sycophancy. Employees who helped the manager with personal household chores were treated as “star performers.” The company has a strange policy: employees are randomly rotated into different teams after being hired. Regardless of role or designation, everyone except the team manager is expected to contribute to project sales. Toxic global culture: the sales team in Australia and the UK treats Indian employees as second-class citizens. Some individuals, such as Ankit Rathi, contribute little of their own and instead rely on others’ hard work.
