      the director is pretty chill, really cool guy. the payment was not good but was on time and the job was pretty basic and easy.

      Cons

      the management could be better, especially from the it guy. he's old and doesn't care about being professional,be precise etc.

      Team of devs is very friendly and close to each other. The vibe in the office is cool. Some level of autonomy in terms of implementation and research

      Cons

      Bad decisions from managements. 4 days per week in office without any negotiation The company doesn't respect/trust the developers Office space is way too cramped Growth opportunities and salary raises are scarce
