      Pros

      They have a good-looking Office and free lunch for everyone. They showcase the office to their investors and bank, they don’t actually have a real business making profit.

      Cons

      In my 1 Year Journey, they never paid my salary on time. They forced me to take a loan from Bank against my 6 months' salary they will pay this in the next 5 Years. The management of the company only priority is their relatives in the company . No matter wich role you are in Chairman micromanage everything.

      Pros

      The relation with the co-workers are extreamly well. The seniors and even the CTO I have worked with are extremely helpful with your office life as well as with your personal life if you like to share.

      Cons

      There is a bit of a delay with the salary, but I hope they have fixed it already.
