      good salaries compare to market average lot's of daily technical challenges which help me to learn a lot my senior developers were open to ask and mentored me

      Cons

      as many other big tech companies they have developed their own framework and it might be boring to use that framework over and over again

      Pros

      Dotin is responsible for banking solutions owned by Fanap co. which is in turn a property of Pasargad Bank Iran. Nice and quiet work environment Knowledgeable engineers are around On time and competitive payments

      Cons

      Main projects are banking EFT switch and Core banking system which can be considered large projects so you deal with a project which is not suitable for new technologies to be tried out. Making progress for very capable employees (in payment and responsibility) is not easy and clear.
