This is specifically addressed to the CEO and senior management. There’s an urgent issue within the morning team, caused by an a account manager who was new to the team not long before I left. She entered the team presenting herself as someone who “wanted to build a family” — warm, friendly, overly accommodating — but it was all a front. While acting sweet and supportive to everyone’s face (including mine), she was manipulating conversations, backstabbing managers, and sowing discord among designers during meetings. She thrives on attention, constantly trying to sway people to take her side in conflicts she stirs up. I watched as the atmosphere shifted from professional and collaborative to anxious and divided — and designers quietly began to feel the strain.
