Repetitive tasks despite taking initiative made me feel like i wasn’t gaining as much as I could

I have nothing but respect for the original bosses. They were generous, supportive, and actually looked out for the team. The early days felt like we were building something great together.

The culture did a 180 when the new leadership stepped in. I was unfortunately caught in the middle of some dirty management tactics and dealt with backstabbing that I’d never experienced before. It became an environment where you had to watch your back constantly. A year away has only confirmed how toxic that shift really was.
