Frequently expected to skip meals on days where you’re working more than five hours (some days reach up to ten hours). They pressure you on site to “just work through lunch” to get the day over quickly. This is coming from both Dorian management and school employees. It’s rather easy to schedule an appropriate lunch time for your employees, I’ve never been in an environment where the management did not have the employee’s best interest in mind while working.
