They give a good service to clients because they work the team hard, often until late at night and weekends under a very demanding team who have been known to make the women cry.
Cons
There are only white male partners. The 3 senior women had to leave the firm. The firm tries to hide the fact there are only senior white men by not putting a team page on the website. The team on the website is a select 10 diverse people (all junior) with 2 white male partners but they don’t show the other 6 white male partners. The culture is shown by the global offsite in Mykonos where girls wear bikinis and parade in front of the male partners for days. They make it very uncomfortable to have a life outside of work and especially children. They force you to miss family events. The sex discrimination is everywhere as 8 white male partners says it all. Don’t make the mistake of joining this firm.
