Pros
I found working at Dopple to be interesting. It's relaxing and my coworkers were the best thing about it.
Cons
That being said, I can't say the same for the management. Dopplegang(er) is, in its name, just a copycat of what other similar e-service companies are, but worse. The management itself is what truly offput me from the whole experience. They do not care about the well being of others, pretends to do so, and expects nothing but smiles and gratitude towards them. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Behind the screen and closed doors, both co-CEO of the company disregard basic worker condition/needs until it is brought up, they do not listen to their workers situation and expect every said words to be correct and undeniable. One CEO does not take responsibility for their action and the other enables and contributes to worsen it. I wish I can truly say it was good working there, but working for Dopple degrades you of your capability, creativity and humanity. And that's just a piece of the horrible truth. I am not defaming this company, but rather calling out (as they usually do with issues) the fake "growth opportunities" they so forth presents. The promises they make are very empty and rather unfulfilling despite the amount of enthusiasm they mask it with. Plus, I find it rather dishonest that we were coerced to glamorized the company so much that most people become blind to the unfair treatment the management has put majority of workers there. In the end, I found that the CEOs were truly in it for their popularity within the marginally small demographics from their already small numbers of customers than for the growth of any employees working or the company's uniqueness and individuality.
