Cons
See the title; they can sell their services to a client but they have no idea how to handle an ongoing relationship with the client. They pushed me, the engineer, to basically do their sales for them and to handle the client relationship from bottom to top. If you're looking to work with a consulting/contracting company that actually knows where the engineering shop ends and the salesman/client lead role begins, this isn't the place. Management is lazy, ineffectual, and somehow continuously befuddled to the point of almost being obtuse.
