Poor management/understaffed, Struggle to follow their policies or provide any form of linear career growth. Is run more like 2 sister companies but with very little support from the headquarters in Berlin.

The location of the job, they offer one day home-office option mostly. The work environment is really nice, having less hirarchies and burocracy. Good to have some company benefits, could have been more.

Salary is well but could have been better, there is no bonuses which makes it even worse. Most of other companies provide 13 months salary but it is not an option here. No Job tickets, no space for having a break during the work.
