The management team are clueless, they don't know how to run an agency or manage client business, the ECD blames everyone else for any problem rather than looking at his own inabilities. They expect everyone to work all hours - communication from the top is terrible and anyone who is any good has left or been driven out. I'm surprised they are still in business.
