Pros
- It is a job that will pay you.
- The schedule is extremely predictable.
Those are bare minimum expectations,
Cons
-Constantly hiring despite not having work available to the staff they already have employed.
- No formal interview, just asked "can you clean" and then told to fill out security clearance paperwork
-Extremely long wait time to be assigned a contract (Two months)
- Informally termination of staff but will keep them "employed" for a period of time for 'administrative reasons.'
-Misled applicants about their security clearance status they were being given
- Misled applicants about how much they will be paid.
- Unclear communication in regards to if you are unionized (you are), who your union is (SEIU), who your rep is on site, how much will be deducted from your pay.
- No SOP's available for fresh contracts, so you have to make your job up as you go along and you will be penalized for it.
- Uniforms were not available prior to being assigned to worksite
- Focuses primarily on federal contracts.
- No opportunity for advancement.
- It is said that you can work overtime but it is heavily frowned upon.
