GM & DM are incompetent & only care about their bottom line Customers are crazy at times and u have to "WOW" their stupid concerns or demands Management expects MITs to be GODS of the store. IE; answer phones, make food, watch the ovens, dispatch drivers, and handle carryouts ALL AT THE SAME TIME w/ absolutely NO help to pinch as many pennies for managements Bonus... Such BS!!! $10 an hr to start, no matter if you have a BA/BS, MBA, or 10yrs with the company.... More BS!!! Can take as long as 3-5yrs to make GM... Your success ONLY deepends on your GM & DM. If they suck or don't care, or dont LOVE you I would quit immediately! This company is full of good-ole boy 'clubs' Drivers are the lazzious pre-madonas I have ever worked with... Common, that $20 an hr is too much to do dishes for 45min?!?! Franchising is next to impossible without amazing credit and the ability to get $200k-400k to start in loans
