Good co-workers, friendly environment. Friendly, supportive managment and staff willing to give advice and support to improve on work if needed. Great for team-work Bonus: Discount coupons!
Cons
- Poor, outdated delivery & pick up system. - Unethical work practices like having only one in-store/shift-runner and a delivery driver during mornings - afternoons. - Very fast-paced and stressful (to be expected a lot though, especially in peak periods.) - A LOT of food waste. Have had multiple occassions where stacks of dough had fallen resulting in so much food waste. Ingredients for pizza can expire quicker if not stored correctly. - Carpark is horrendously busy throughout the morning, day and night. Best to drive slow and be observant.
