Pros

The building was very beautiful but if you put a bonnet on a pig, it is still a pig. I still have nightmares.

Cons

Impossible work load. Horrible pay. Asked to spy on other employees and was reprimanded when I refused. Asked to do accounting transactions that were illegal and reprimanded when I refused. Was written up for not participating in after work "drinking parties" this is not the company you want to work for if you want to have any integrity

Pros

This company has amazing opportunities for growth within the property management industry. They offer a generous amount of PTO. They are supportive of employees with families or health issues. You do not hear of too many lay off so there is plenty of job security. This company has great values and creates housing for May people with low income. They also offer scholarships and opportunities to volunteer and directly support local communities.

Cons

Affordable housing can be difficult and burn out can happens quickly. Some manager do not want to train or open up to teammates
