      Salary Pay plus commission Flexibility Growth bonuses

      Cons

      Rules seem as if they change everyday have to split commission with entire property staff If your property is on a budget freeze, they will make you clean units in house yourself without extra pay. You will also not be able to get overtime pay either.

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
