4yThank your for your honesty! I am sorry that your overall experience with us has been a negative one. You are right in that we do have some great colleagues, but it is absolutely frustrating to not have your voice heard or to run into inconsistent policies. The past months have been a major learning period for the company and elements like teamwork and communication might have been impacted with the high level of current uncertainty we are all experiencing. However, the company is commented to a positive employee experience for everyone so I thank you for your patience and highly recommend taking this feedback to your HR representative. They will be able to provide better insight on how to potentially resolve some of these concerns. Thank you again!
