Hands down, the caliber of your peers is the best reason to work at Dominion. I truly enjoyed being surrounded by people who were also dedicated to doing whatever it takes to keep the lights on.

Cons

As with any publicly traded company, there are often strategic level decisions made more with quarterly numbers to Wall Street in mind.
