Pros

The people I worked directly with were mostly amazing. A lot of great talent being wasted here.

Cons

There has been no real direction with this company for years. If you know the car business then you know dealerships are ran with very little attention given to business best practices. Dominion has ran a software company like a car dealership for years. If you are looking for a place to be that cares not at all for their employees then look no further. Dominion has on several occasions hired people to develop a software product to only lay them off two months later and kill the product. This happened multiple times while I was there. There are no raises to speak of and no room for growth at all. Upper management does not have the ability to see the talent they have, instead, they repeatedly put in charge people who did a horrible job on previous products, products that had to be killed. What once was a great place to be is now a shell of its former self. So many stories I could tell, not enough space here. They pretty much prep good people for their next job. Its like a minor league team for business. I am sure someone from Dominion will try to respond to this with something that makes them look as if they care but I assure you they are only doing that because this is public. They do not stand behind their people. I would look anywhere else for a job other than here.
