Deans are desperate and nervous. They don't know how to do their jobs. They hire young "talent" to improve their struggles, but their new hire can't even conduct interviews properly. Marketing is so lost... they don't know how to help our enrollment numbers... They complain about budget non-stop. Our recruiters are awful....they don't hire people with personality to build rapport with our students.... This is FAR FROM a Catholic University.........their beliefs....and who they hire show it.... I've seen strong candidates for interviews come in and they are not picked. This University is struggling in enrollment, and it shows....and they don't know what to do moving forward to fix this.... Go to another University like I did. Don't work here.
