      Pros

      Best mats and towels, and only company that doesn't overbill on replacements since they count. Lots of opportunity to grow your route and make own raises. And they hire from within. This is a family owned company that will be around in 10 years. Not many can say that.

      Cons

      Low starting pay, but many of the new employees the past several years didn't deserve more. National companies pay 20% higher, but they also have the worst products, and overwork you.

      Decent pay and decent benefits

      Cons

      Long hours 12-14, never off route, even as a regional manager. Mentally Abusive higher management, this includes the senior level positions and the ownership. No semblance of work life balance. And as of 2023, no direct deposit. I was laughed at to my face by the Senior General Manager when I brought up the importance of direct deposit. A culture of bigotry exist, including sexist, homophobic and racist behavior. Ownership will also go out of their way to shame customers for poor reviews and former employees. Do not work here
