Pros
Amicable people to work with, everyone is remarkably chill and relaxed during work, even the GM. People come together to deal with issues but everyone pitches in and behaves in a friendly manner relative to manufacturing facilities. Training for staff is also quite effective and staff is quite understanding. Management has been open to training unskilled labor and giving them opportunities to flourish.
Cons
Very small company so positional growth is near non-existent and the benefits are only marginally above zero. They are open to improving compensation if they deem you worth it, which does happen, but is currently lacking the massive company growth to elicit positional promotions that people tend to hop for.
