      If you are a college student this would be a great job/career for you to start and get your feet wet and excel in the corporate world for advancement in your life

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent. Fast paced environment with opportunity to learn and move up within the company.

      Cons

      Mid-level management doesn't understand C-suite direction or is not aligned with that direction. Communication is terrible - lots of conflicting direction and ambiguity. Integrity is supposed to be a core value but VPs & Director lied or withheld the truth numerous times.
