Pros
Get to meet lots of people many of which become frequent customers on a first name basis with them and their families. Willing to work around rotating schedules such as with another job or in my case school. Not a difficult job so it shouldn't stress you out very much at all and it should not add to stress you may already have.
Cons
Experience very dependent on the quality and friendliness of your stores management staff. For some reason the company believes in a skeletal crew for the majority of every shift outside of maybe truck shifts. Expectations high for everyone due to skeletal crew so every person on every shift must overwork to make life slightly easier for the next person. Company should show more concern for the well-being of customers and employees under disaster type situations such as icy conditions, being snowed in, A/C breaks in store, etc...
