Pros

Okay for a first job. You get paid weekly, and have some flexibility with hours.

Cons

Even after promotion to Manager on Duty, I only made $0.25 above minimum wage. Not enough time to accomplish all that corporate expects you to. Have to work almost every weekend.

Pros

I work with a great group of people. Always something to keep busy so the days fly by. Great community

Cons

They always have to many employees hired so not enough hrs to give to the employees already there 🙄

Pros

The job itself is easy. The cash register, stocking (especially the totes and dry truck) and cleaning are so simple however there are certain things that make it difficult, although the work itself is not (under the right circumstances.)

Cons

They never have enough people on shift so it’s always difficult to get things done. It seems like all the managers I know from the store I worked at and the surrounding ones are all so deep into drama it made me wonder if I was back in high school. Dry truck always seems to bring far too much and the stores are so little that overstock is a huge issue here. The reason I ultimately left was due to severe mistreatment and some safety concerns I had regarding some past experiences. I am very glad I left and I would not ever go back.
