Pros
My coworkers at the store level are awesome. There is a shared sense of community, mostly because we have to be there for each other. Tennessee sets up the stores and then vanishes in any useful capacity. In my opinion the biggest pro is that if you need a day off for just about anything the scheduling is so flexible (if your not a store manager) you can usually get it.
Cons
If it gets stolen from your store, it's your fault. It's not your fault because you didn't stop the thief. If you stop a thief it's grounds for termination. It's your fault because YOU stole it. It doesn't matter how much evidence is to the contrary. It doesn't matter how many cameras they have on you or how many bag checks you have to do on coworkers. You managed to somehow steal it, not the 'customer.' It is beyond me how they can build a store in the inner city and then assume that ALL theft is the employees. This company is plain old insensitive and almost vindictive in trying to grind you down. In addition Tennessee practically refuses to invest anything in their stores beyond the initial opening.
