Pros
Benefits are great - 401k, profit sharing, and off-Fridays. Very intelligent people.
Cons
Change /reaction times are slow. As of late, lots of layoffs and employee morale not great. Hoping it'll turn around soon. Not much diversity, so with the layoffs and hiring strategy, looking forward to see what those numbers look like in a year from now.
