The people. Direct line managers, and Team leaders hold genuine, sincere interest in you as a person and make you feel welcome and valued. Team members are all friendly and interested in building genuine friendships. Makes it a great place to work.
Cons
CS are all paid the same, no ability to negotiate pay raises based on tenure / performance alone. Progression in pay is achieved through bonuses/incentives or promotion routes.
